Hi folks! I’ve got another review for you today, this time it’s Born Pretty Store Geometry stamping plate. So, let’s get to the photos!

The plate I’m reviewing is called Geometry (although it’s spelt Goemetry on the plate itself!) and is available *here, item #38743, currently $2.99.
I love the mix of patterns on this plate – I imagine you could layer or double-stamp some of these very easily. Many of them are abstract patterns, which is my favourite kind, I’m not so keen of actual images of things!
I’ve done two different looks using this plate.
Stamping over a gradient
For the first look, I created a coral & red gradient (which looks much subtler on camera than it did in real life!) using OPI Bright Lights, Big Color and Models Own Diamond Luxe Heart Red.
Once that was dry, I used the top middle image from the plate to stamp over, using Barry M Gold Foil.
I really liked this look, it was very summery!
Stamping over glitter
For the second look, I tried out a new polish I picked up recently – a very glittery black from the new Essence Out of Space collection. This is 1000 Light Years Away:
This time, I picked the top left image. I’ve had issues with corner images on Born Pretty plates before, but this one worked perfectly. The silver stamping is Allura Mirror Finish Silver, which came from my local Aldi store.
So far I’ve really enjoyed using this plate, and the images have picked up perfectly. I’ll definitely be using it in future manis!
