Hello! Today I have the latest When Colours Collide challenge mani to show you. This week the colours were teal, blue and black. I’ve been on a gradient streak lately, and today is no exception!
What I used:
- Rimmel Nymph (teal crelly)
- Revlon Coastal Surf (blue creme)
- Makeup sponge
- MoYou London Black Knight (black stamping polish)
- Uberchic stamping plate 12-01
- Born Pretty Store clear stamper
- Liquid latex
- HK Girl Glisten & Glow topcoat
I started out with two coats of Nymph, then sponged on a gradient of Nymph and Coastal Surf. I was doing this in the evening with just the central room light on – I could barely tell the two apart on my nails! I’m surprised it looks ok in natural light!
I really like these doodle style flowers from Uberchic 12-01, so it’s about time I used them! I topcoated with HK Girl Glisten & Glow – I didn’t realise how much it had smeared until I took the photos. My bottle is 2/3rds gone now, and is getting a bit thick. Time for a replacement!
I’m scheduling this post in advance as I’m away for the weekend, so I can’t add the challenge collage, but you can find it on Instagram if you search for #whencolourscollide.
See you soon,
