Hello lovely people! I’m slowly working my way through my mani backlog, so today is another from the archives, featuring my old square nails. I miss them :'( but I haven’t had a single split or flake since I changed shape so obviously squares and me don’t go together. Anyway, the polish is my very first Colour Club holo – I’ve heard so many great reviews about these, and it really didn’t disappoint!
Cloud Nine is a very pale pinky-lilac with an amazing linear holo. These shots were taken indoors, yet you can still see holo flames!
I used three thin coats for this mani, to be honest two would have been fine. It’s more opaque than I was expecting! Formula was perfect, very easy to apply.
I stamped over Cloud Nine using Barry M Silver Foil and MoYou London Illusion 06 stamping plate. I wanted something subtle that would add interest in dull lighting, but wouldn’t hide the holo flare. I think I succeeded, do you?
Such a beautiful polish! I can see me wearing this a lot in future.
See you soon,
