China Glaze Burnt Buns

Hi! I fancied something nice and bright, so I had a browse through my untried mountain and came across China Glaze Burnt Buns. Seemed to fit the bill perfectly!

What I used:

  • China Glaze Burnt Buns
  • Barry M Silver Foil (silver stamping)
  • MoYou London Black Knight (black stamping)
  • MoYou London Pro plate 04
  • HK Girl Glisten & Glow topcoat

Burnt Buns is a bright red that leans slightly coral, and it has a hot pink shimmer running through. The pics show three coats. It does remind me of sunburnt skin! As a redhead, I have far too much experience with this 😂

I decided to do some double stamping over it, and picked an image from MoYou London Pro plate 04 that I thought would look good doubled. I stamped first in silver, then went back and stamped again in black as close as I could get it. My black polish didn’t pick up as well as the silver so there’s a few bits missing, but it still looks ok.

I think it looks vaguely Chinese – that wasn’t intentional but I do like it!
